A hybrid steel and concrete structure ensures durability. Operations are streamlined via a prepaid card access system. Security is paramount, with 24/7 CCTV, floor-by-floor private security, and an on-site police post for rapid response.

Hybrid Energy Model

To ensure cost efficiency and a reduced carbon footprint, the facility will be powered by solar panels during the day (covering lights, gates, CCTV). Nighttime operations will run on the national grid, with a backup generator for full reliability.

Scalability: Beyond Cantonments

The Cantonments facility is our pilot. Success here will establish our brand and operational blueprint, paving the way for expansion. Our next target is Makola Market, Accra’s busiest commercial hub, where we will deploy a larger, 600+ space facility.
